The project consists of two apartments on two floors, the duration of the project was almost a year and carried out the architect Francesco Bracci, this was a long and complicated, but interesting because of the technology of recycled materials. Each apartment has about 60 square meters, these are fully furnished (stove, refrigerator, washing machine, living room with sofa bed, library, closet, office, dining room with benches, bed, breakfast, laundry, safe deposit box). The apartment has one bedroom and studio is not only the internal divisions of the bathroom, both have two indoor terraces, bathroom with tub, space for two cars per apartment (independent electric gate for each apartment), common green area in front, the first level apartment also has a private patio. The first step was the development of in situ concrete slab with all necessary facilities and pipelines. While steps were necessary to obtain all building permits made the house was in a welding shop, in which all parties were made such as walls and their linings, cut to size structure, the Roof was done in 4 parts.
Once building permits were mounted all over the house in a truck and was installed on the slab prior to blasting, which was the set where you would place the main columns.
The apartments were in turn, a materials laboratory
External walls: All external wall linings are made with recycled plastic rulers (resistant to moisture, pests and insects, besides being very strong and flexible)
Indoor enclosure: the lining ceilings, internal walls and mezzanine bases were made with sheets of different thicknesses pressing tetrabrick
Floors: exterior floors were made mostly with white concrete and colored glass bottles that were ground in construction.
Recycled wood was used for a second-floor terrace and the internal floor of the first level.
Furniture: All furniture was made with recycled wood crates and crates of imported product protection.
Acoustic disassembled cardboard factory later was used on walls as thermal insulation
