The studio is built inside the ruined 19 th century Victorian dovecote in Suffolk. The house is a one-piece design of the court, gathered together and inserted with a crane inside the remains of brick walls. Dovecote itself is part of the world-famous musical campus Snape Maltings, founded by Benjamin Britten in abandoned industrial buildings on the coast of Suffolk. The complex is located on the border between land and sea. The studio can be used rehearsals, meetings, temporary exhibitions or for housing.
