Suzuki Japanese architectural firm Edward Associates, we have sent this project, who say that this is the first industrialized housing in Japan. The architect has taken into account respect for the environment in the use of the materials of the house. The peculiarity is that it has a courtyard in the center where every room looks out, allowing natural light available in all rooms and cross ventilation to provide maximum energy efficiency. Moreover, a balcony on the top and side of the central patio with a view so that this combination of open space creates a fluidity between the two areas. Thus, the design is such that the house does not have to depend on the conditions of the context in which it is located.
