In a small area (0.15 ha) with large trees is a house and outbuildings. House Area 400 sqm, 3 floors with no basement, outbuildings – 150 sq.m. On 1 floor – shared rooms: dining room, living room, on the second – the bedroom – the third room and studio owner with a terrace. This is the only room in the house, having a distant view from the windows.
