Dutch architect René van CMC (Rene van Zuuk) has created a home for himself, and placed him in the town of Almere in the Netherlands. The building was named “Project X” (Project X), contained in itself and an office and living spaces. It is located in the Area of ??Fantasy (Fantasy District), an experimental area for living and design. Mysterious name hides the ordinary life of unusual people, Rene and his family. The villa was built near the former home has an architect who was called “Soul” (Psyche). Home saved lives, for past achievements – he served as office for Renee with the 2004. The new concept of old and new creation, contributing in the overall garden. From an architectural point of view, the most important were the following three positions: a form of house to fit into the overall landscape of the territory, a clear zone of construction and the changing height of the building. Ground floor, or rather its part, placed the half-underground, as a result, House X (House X) was lower than the adjoining dwellings and, thus, maintain a consistent height. Distance from the lounge to the water “cut” at half a meter, which creates the feeling of living among the water, despite the fact that water – a small canal. This feeling is further reinforces the amount of glass in the design room, which opens a wonderful view over the canal. Only extremely high doors violate privacy, secrecy home-box, its upper part, where the bedrooms are located. Its facade is paved with large thin cement tiles, crossed designs, which mitigates the severity and brevity of the overall shape of the building. Daylight penetrates through the roof and small holes in the facade. They are really small – so the total amount of outer coating remains intact. The upper part is separated from the bottom of a glass insert that goes into the garden, where it reaches a floor in height. The additional part, hidden in the basement, emphasized secondary. Exterior concrete facades are decorated, referring to the commercial and office use concealed spaces.
