4-acre site is one of the last in the forested hills that are available for housing development. The house was built on the site to capture views of the city. It was very difficult to access, do not say to build anything there. The whole house is made of steel and only 9 points of support. This allows the structural design of the most efficient and make the main level perfect square homes, achieving a maximum floor area for a minimum of wall area.
