The main idea of ??this project was the construction of a concrete block and a glazed volume on a wooden platform located at the edge of a cliff with the main reason to take advantage of the surprising view that extends to 300 meters above sea level , where you can see more than 1.000 meters of beach, Mount Teide and the coast north of the island of Tenerife.
The rooms and service areas are concentrated in a rectangular level that binds to the study area, and kitchen through a double height space. Both volumes are organized into L pointing to the coast. All the mixed views of the sea coast and the wooden platform.
A gym is located in the basement with direct access from the terrace.
Both indoor and outdoor spaces were designed with exposed concrete, while large glass panels were placed facing the view to the coast.
Used in landscaping and native species in the slope that connects the street with the cliff, so the house seems to be built into the cliff when viewed from the outside.
