This house for family who often hosts guests was designed by Jackson Clements Burrows. Family House elite suburb of Perth, Australia with great views on Swan River. The western side characterized by double height space enclosed by operable louvers which control natural ventilation and shading levels. There are also the dining room and various lounge areas which flow into outdoor space. It’s mostly occupied during the day and evening. The eastern side hosts the kitchen, garage, bedrooms, study and bathrooms. Cross-ventilation cools the spaces while passive solar energy heats them.
