The project is located in the resort of Los Molles, 180 km. north of Santiago, in an area called “Punta Pescadores”, where the winding coastline and strong waves make a particularly attractive position in the rock formations and views of the sunset.
The land is a site back from the sea, with restricted vision and guidance unusual because the sea is to the south-east.
The commission consisted of a weekend house for a family of 4 members Santiago more guests with ocean views, outdoor terraces and good for hanging and drying the dive equipment, among other things.

The volume of the house is closed to the street and open views to the sea. The interior, clear and warm color contrasts and emphasizes the intent of a gray shell that protects and covers the structure while raising the house for the restricted sea views.
The articulation of the volumes produced in the access gap, assuming the change of angle as the socket of the addresses in the place, generating, from within that frame views of unusual sights and sun-seekers from the north.

An approach to the project was based on a condition of structure, proposed by the principal, professional calculator, a metal table.
Proposed a lightweight metal table, 2 levels, which raises the habitable volume for the restricted sea view, while allowing greater freedom structure.
On this basis, structural steel columns and beams, is a wooden house full of walls that complement the construction system.

Partitions as opaque planes, outside are lined with pine floor board 1 “x 4”, which gives them a smooth and continuous, by not checking their unions. Following this idea, in the windows of the walls studied a detail that it will pass through one table in order to reinforce the idea of ??full and empty in the composition of the facades, walls and filled the void of the large windows.
The openings are framed with pieces of pine 2 “x 6” to top it constructively and thicken the line of contact between solids and voids.

Within sky chart was used, material that dealt with some furniture doors for built-in public area (bathroom visits and pantry) in order to give continuity to the coating.
