The proposed building rises eight floors above ground over one of the boundaries of the Apple proposal. The considerable scale of the building acts as a visual display of the green belt which flanks, physically protecting the green. The volumetric expressly set according to the rigid planning regulations prevailing in the area of ??PAU Vallecas and space optimization for the number of dwellings proposed, leads us to respect the envelope set in the planning, using another set of tools for a new approach to urban intervention. Downstairs the house is arranged facing the green back, while to the official line and bustle typical of a shopping street, the shops are located and the three gateways.
